Course Description

 

Numeracy is a core skill for students. Every teacher of every subject in secondary schools has a responsibility to support numeracy development among their students. In this session, the presenter, a secondary Maths specialist will explore some resources that can help you incorporate numeracy development into your teaching. This session will identify ways to incorporate numeracy skills into a variety of subjects with an emphasis on 'real life learning'. It is also a great opportunity for you to build your personal knowledge bank and enhance your understanding of Mathematics.
