Course Length: 60 Minutes

Course Description

Early childhood learning environments are full of science learning opportunities, but sometimes we don’t recognise them. Improving our own science knowledge can improve our ability to see the science learning opportunities that we are already providing to children. We can then choose whether to keep them experiential, or make them more visible to children. We can also start to make them more visible to families and colleagues. This presentation will identify some science that may be found in early childhood programs.
