Course Length: 1 Hour

Course Description

Learning Intentions are descriptions of what learners should know, understand and be able to do by the end of a lesson or unit of work. Learning intentions are the basis for tracking student progress, providing feedback and assessing achievement. In addition to learning intentions, students may also have individual learning goals that they address in their learning. How do experienced teachers design learning intentions for the classroom? The presenter will share her approach and strategies for developing effective learning intentions across primary and secondary classrooms.
