Course Length: 60 Minutes

Course Description

Positive psychology, or its derivative, positive education, is growing in popularity and impact across the education community. This session is designed as an introduction for those teachers who have heard about, but not yet had the opportunity to engage with this approach. Think: mindfulness, gratitude, forgiveness, character strengths and ‘flourish and learn’. You will feel more excited about the difference you can make as a teacher as result of attending this session.
