Course Length: 60 Minutes

Course Description

A Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) can be the centrepiece of a vibrant educational culture, or a tedious bit of extra paperwork.  A QIP that is a living document can genuinely support a service to record thinking and improve practice.  The challenge for a leader in the EC service is to get 'buy in' from all adults to the plan. In this session the presenter will share a range of strategies that you may be able to use to get your staff to commit to the goals of your QIP. Having staff united around the goals in the QIP is an important skill for a leader.
