Presented by: Benjamin Pisani

Course Length: 7 Hours

Course Description

Feedback is the eighth High Impact Teaching Strategy. Feedback informs a student and the teacher about the student's performance, outlining their strengths and weaknesses so that they can effectively plan the movement forward. It can redirect and refocus the direction of the teaching, as well as the actions of the student, to ensure that efforts can be aligned to achieve learning goals. In this course we will explore a variety of different forms of feedback. We will discuss techniques of feedback that can be implemented both formally and informally and how to provide the students with the formative and summative feedback.
