Course Description

Working with early career teachers can be a rewarding experience and a valuable role for experienced teachers. In this session the presenter will explore the approach he takes to supporting his colleagues who are in the early stages of their teaching career. In the first part of the session, the presenter will outline important concepts about differentiation. In the second part of the session he will identify the coaching strategies, communication skills, goal setting approaches and types of feedback he provides to early career teachers as he supports them in their approach to differentiation. This course will support the professional learning of experienced teachers working in primary and secondary settings.
