Course Description

Working with pre-service and graduate teachers is a valuable experience, and if approached with a positive mindset can be one of the most rewarding experiences of a career in education. Those new to teaching will often ask about your teaching philosophy and pedagogical approach. This session will help you articulate your philosophy and pedagogy. This session will also identify effective mentoring strategies, communication skills and explore how goal setting and feedback can lead to a positive experience for those new to teaching.
