Course Description


Education leaders can create a positive school climate that promotes student voice, agency and leadership. Such a climate enhances student learning and can increase teacher job satisfaction. There are essential pre-requisites for creating a climate that promotes the empowerment of student voice and agency. In this session the presenter will share her strategies for creating the conditions in which teachers and students can move toward more effective partnerships.
