Course Length: 60 Minutes

Course Description

Working with pre-service and graduate teachers is a valuable experience, and if approached with a positive mindset can be one of the most rewarding experiences of a career in early childhood education. Those new to teaching will often ask about your teaching philosophy and pedagogical approach. This session will help you articulate how you can discuss your philosophy and pedagogy to a person new to teaching.  It will also cover some basics of mentoring strategies, communication skills,  goal setting and feedback. The course will NOT focus on the process of moving from provisional to full registration.
