Course Description

 

Gender is a significant influence in the teaching profession, from early childhood services through to senior levels in schools, and across all types of leadership. In this session experienced women educators, from the AEU and IEU, will discuss the challenges, the rewards and the possibilities for women in education. It will include a discussion of the resources and opportunities that are available to support women in the teaching profession. This session is designed to be a safe setting and may lead to an ongoing online conversation.
