Course Description


Teachers give a lot of themselves to their work. It is important to take time to look after yourself. Self-care isn’t selfish. This session will demonstrate easy ways to build moments into your everyday life where you can reflect and appreciate acceptance. Mindfulness practice and expressing gratitude can help increase your ability to regulate emotions, and can decrease stress, anxiety and depression. This is a workshop for all teachers.
