Course Length: 60 Minutes

Course Description

Young children are learning how to regulate their emotions, with self-regulation and impulse control important for all learning. Adults can overestimate the emotional skills of young children, so a better understanding of self-regulation provides insight into children’s learning and behaviour, especially in relation to the impact of trauma.
